It takes a strong sense of self control to not yell back, to not scream back at customers, call them names and want to cry (and I bet you they do) when customers treat them poorly. Especially when most things are not any fault of their own.
That being said, check yourself before you act like you aren’t part of the problem as well. There is always more than one side to the story. So before you tell someone they’re a narcissist without having a degree to properly diagnose someone, before you write a review, before you don’t practice some self control and act immature, think about the damage you are inflicting on someone who works hard, who just wants to feel as if they’re doing a good job. Spread kindness, tell them they’re doing a great job. Chances are if you’re being negative, you never said a kind word to them ever.
