Store manager, Julie, is awesome! She helped me with an issue I was having with a difficult employee, (I did not ask to speak to a manager, the employee Suggested it). Julie made the situation right, thanked me for bringing a training opportunity to her attention and put a action into place to prevent the issue from happening again!
