Customer service is pleasant. Always something in the store that is needed. Lines are sometimes long but they go fast. Store is neat considering the traffic that comes through there it's busy it's still is clean. That's a pleasant way to shop.
The manager Reggie, Is absolutely the best! Really his CS skills are off the charts. Always says hello whenever a regular walks in. Always happy. Makes great hiring decisions, As the staff seems to stick around. I have been a regular for 2 years now. Some of the best CS experiences I have ever had have been with this manager. If I was a recruiter looking for professional, friendly CS, I would scoop this guy up easy!
