Friendly employees. A bit disorganized at the moment but overall the atmosphere is welcoming. I bought a tote today and unfortunately the lid had a couple of cracks. I didn't get a receipt but they remembered me from earlier and happily replaced the lid. The customer service is really amazing. They have quite an impressive inventory.
My favorite store to shop in and I absolutely love the great deals as well as the employees. It's like home away from home but getting to shop if that makes any sense.
