Week ago had a situation and a misunderstanding . I give the 5 stars because they did something very few Corporate will do. Truly took care of their customer.
Spoke with store and corporate. They told me it would be passed on to District Manger and before noon on Monday the General Manger had followed up with him actually coming to my house to drop something off to me .
He came not because I would not come to them . He came because I have some health issues and some days are better than others. He ,without me asking , offered to come by. That’s old school Great Customer service .
Thanks for the team taking care of my family and me. Keep that up cause so many retailers have lost it. God bless and have a blessed day.
Love this store. Walk slowly and check out all shelves. I promise you won't be disappointed. There is always something on sale. The dollar aisle is my favorite. Friendly staff and plenty on shelves. Walk slow it's worth it.
