I go here at least a couple of times a week bland it's always pretty chill. The staff is usually very nice, and even when they're understaffed they're very good at keeping up with customers. Bathroom is always clean and always stocked with feminine products, which is incredibly helpful.
I have shopped at this store for over 5 years. Friendly staff. Pretty decent selection. I am really happy to have this store in Racine.
