I purchased a gift card at Dollar General and had a problem with it. The store associate Connie Allen was very helpful and called the gift card company and resolved within a few minutes. I am thankful for the special care they give customers. I will definitely come back to shop here again.
I bought a black pepper and didn't realize that it was open when I bought it. So, I took it back. I would liked to have exchanged it for a new sealed package but they were out. I did have a few other items to buy, so they just credited the purchase amount to my new amount due. Everyone was nice and helpful and made the return easy and uncomplicated.
