10 months ago I gave Fairplay 5 stars, Now they deserve "5 Platinum Stars" come share my story! I tried their grocery delivery service for the 1st time on 09/21/2021. EVERYTHING that could go wrong, did go wrong! The personal shopper did not complete my order on time, but once it was completed, "Door Dash" would not pick up my order, they would not assist me, would not connect me to a supervisor or Mgr., nor would they call the store! I called Fairplay, I spoke to Jamal CSR, ED Asst Mgr., Javier, Mgr., and the Corp VP Bob. They not only took the time to make sure I got my order, gave me some free delivery and a Gift card. That's above and beyond GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion. Bob, you had me at Free! 😊 Now you got me and my Mom as customers for life. Thank you Fairplay (Don't ever change) ...BTW I have ordered 3 more times since then without a problem. DoorDash you still need some work though!
I was actually able to find almost everything that I wanted to purchase except the water and another package of T-bone steaks
