Best customer service ever - arrived at Festival on a super busy Saturday afternoon before Christmas. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, despite the packed store. Our check out person, Hattie, was amazing. Friendly and kind. Found us coupons we didn't know about and didn't even ask for. She was so sweet and so was our bagger. (Sorry, I didn't get his name, but he was a friendly young man.) To be honest, I'd been splitting my business between this and a new store down the road. No more! Festival has better service AND better prices. This will be my go-to store. Thanks Festival!
They had everything we needed. The grocery store was clean and convenient. We were able to get in and out as quick as can be. They also had a liquor store attached within the store. It was large and had a variety of adult beverages. They have a walk in cooler so you don't have to wait when you get home.
