Festival Foods La Crosse Wisconsin Weekly Ad for 2500 State Road La Crosse, WI 54601.

I have to say, that Susan who is a cashier into the late evenings and works mostly until close, is one of the nicest people at Festival Foods in La Crosse, (Village) location. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and her kindness is out of this world! I would only hope there are more people like her. She is so friendly, and never has a negative tone in her body! Very helpful person! I hope she knows how much that is noticed and I hope she really gets recognized for the person she is and what she does working for Festival. Brian who stocks the shelves, has gray hair and glasses…He is extremely nice and very helpful too! He’s always smiling, even when he’s stocking! Sometimes you really find gems that work in Festival, and quite honestly, everyone there has been pretty nice. Some will go out of their way more for others! These 2 people definitely do! I hope they never leave!

I always have a great experience at this Festival. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A very kind cashier helped me unload my cart since I was holding my 9 month old, and another employee, who looked like a manager, helped me load my car. Above and beyond service! Stickers for my kids, courteous smiles, ad items, clean bathrooms, the vast selection at the deli...the list goes on!
And the bakery is top notch for custom cakes too! They nailed my daughter's 'princess unicorn' cake.
Lastly I appreciate that Festival always has the rare or specialty items in stock. They were the first to have Bubblr and the always have my family's favorite veggie noodles. You may pay a little more at Festival, but the customer expierence makes up for it.
