Today is the official Grand Opening of this new Asian supermarket (formerly a No Frills supermarket).
Lots of people showed up, many like me are just comparing prices but I happened to have my parents in tow and they went on a buying binge.
The most notable thing about the layout was the narrow aisles, or maybe I’ve gained width from the pandemic lockdown without realizing it.
Prices are competitive and shelves are fully stocked to make a great first impression.
Even though there were lineups at the checkout stations, staff were quick in processing purchases.
For me, I was happy to see my mom load up on the sales flyer door crashers. That grin of satisfaction on her face was priceless!
I didn’t go on the grand opening of this brand new Asian supermarket which is yesterday. It’s quite busy and many people however pretty well prepared and organized so the check out is quite reasonable wait time. The store are clean and very rich in choices of all food categories with reasonable and in-market price. Will definitely switch to this supermarket for my grocery shopping place.
