This is by far my favorite store, the staff are always so nice, friendly and helpful. Customer service is very important, and as someone who has worked in similar customer service, it goes such a long way and makes a huge difference when folks are nice. I visited another Giant Tiger in the city awhile back and I was not impressed. The store was not very clean, a little disorganized and the staff... all I gotta say is, "if you don't like your job, you should not be doing it." One staff member was a little more friendly but the others were just plain miserable.
