Today's visit was surprisingly good. Two new people are working at this location, and they provided exceptional service. Associate Michelle was friendly, welcoming. Manager Ken was accommodating and customer service oriented. I typically avoid this particular Harris Teeter because there have been so many negative shopping experiences; however, today may indicate that there is a culture shift underway.
Well organized and lots of options for everything I needed. There are a lot of samples and the bakery, deli, seafood and other sections are great. They have some options I haven't seen in other stores. I really like their brand of foods as well and often buy it. It's a really good store for kids as well - there is a ride at front that my kids love; they're always excited to shop here.
