I was originally upset for a week about having left my Nescafe Coffee at the store.. I also misplaced my receipt but had a digital receipt of my purchase. Totally my fault for leaving it at the store but I explained my scenario and Patrick Grande was extremely kind and gave over-the-top customer service and exceeded my expectations by purchasing the coffee out of his own pocket ! Wow this guy needs a raise because he was adamant about following company policy and not refunding without a receipt..
