I was there early Tuesday morning, and tried to use the self checkout. After waiting a few seconds, an employee running the self checkouts explained how the system was running slow that morning and apologized for the delay. After waiting on the system a little longer, he told me that he could help me check out at one of the actual registers. I really appreciate how the employees at HyVee are always focused on customer service and trying to make my shopping experience run as smoothly as possible. Also, a huge thank you to the employee running self checkout going above and beyond to help me. Thank You HyVee!
