While most other stores wanted to gouge customers with a $5 pickup fee, PickNSave saw the opportunity to show kindness and prudence and charged no fee. Now that I am able to shop in-store, I have been very pleased. Mai and Abigail were super nice when I had a very full cart very early one morning. A young man called up a cashier which made the experience better because I was disheartened to arrive at the check outs only to find self-check-out only machines. Thankful for live cashiers :)
