I shop at Safeway as often as possible. This review is more about the people (staff) of Safeway and the general public.....that bracelet on my daughter's wrist, has been in my family for over 30 years. My little sister wore it when she was a baby, and now my daughter wears it. It's a hawaiian thing lol. Anyway, my daughter was doing the macarena or some kind of dance, and somehow, wiggled the bracelet off her wrist. I did not realize it was gone until we got all the way home! I called the store, spoke to "Alex", and left a description of the bracelet with my name and phone number. We lost the bracelet Saturday. On my way home after picking up my daughter from daycare, on Monday, I stopped by the Safeway. Guess what.....the bracelet was turned in to customer service!!!!!!! I met the same "Alex" whom I spoke to Saturday, and told him how much this bracelet meant to me personally and its history. Bottom line: thank you "Alex", thank you Safeway, and thank you to whomever turned in my daughter's lost bracelet, you are blessed and amazing, there is good in the world 🙏💙💜💛💚🧡👏
