Had to come to review! I have been shopping at this particular Smith’s for over a year. The customer service I received last night was out of this world!! I had an online order and was informed by three separate employees, at three different times including someone who looked like a manager, that there would be a slight delay due to the large amount of orders they had. All three were very professional and kind, especially when you compare them to other retailers.
Awesome team! They are very well coordinated and managed, even under great stress.
