Paula and Andrew made my visit a 5-star one. They were helpful, fun, and above and beyond. Unfortunately my first visit will also be my last. The Store Manager I interacted with, Colby, had the customer service skills, charisma, and humor of a small pile of rocks. Such a shame.
I had a problem with an online order. I called the Fort Union store and Olivia fixed my problem simply, effectively, and to my complete satisfaction.
valentina was an absolutely wonderful cashier!! please give her a raise, she is very friendly and helpful :)
