I am a regular Bloomfield shopper and come to S & S almost daily. The staff is always friendly, helpful and go out of their way to accommodate customers. They have most products in stock and will order a product if it is not available. The store is clean and orderly with the exception of the front of the store where carriages with groceries are placed when customers LEAVE GROCERIES IN CARTS AND JUST WALK OUT OF THE STORE!!!! Employees, are utilized to return the products to their correct location on a daily basis!!
There is a chronic problem with customers leaving carriages full of groceries and walking out of the store. I have commented to the management and all express their dismay. One manager stated he has worked in a number of supermarkets and never had this problem.
This is beyond their control. I wish there was a way to correct this chronic situation. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with the service I receive.
Stop&Shop is one of those nice grocery stores you can go to do your shopping. Very nice place, helpful workers. There are nice fresh fruits,vegetables and a wide range of products selections. There is also a bank in case you didn't know and western union you can send or collect your money. Not a bad place to shop.
