What can I say that's unexpected about a supermarket? This location is clean and well stocked. I wish they would have more cash registers open but the self-checkouts rarely have problems (like things not scanning or the machine taking forever to process). All in all, a good Stop & Shop location.
Although the staff was not helpful with my issue, a member did call the manager to speak to me. She immediately resolved my problem in the best way she could, with grace and compassion as well . What a lovely women who turned my awful experience into something positive. Just as you are losing faith in humanity, a beautiful person walks into your life to remind you that kindness and hope still exist!
