I had a bizarre cake order-mixup. The Jackson location took professional responsibility for it. Brenda, the baker, personally made sure I walked out with a different cake and even let me take cake decorating materials for free. Above and beyond! Even with this snafu, the bakery staff made me feel taken care of.
