Had an Awesome experience here on last night. My Cashier Lupe was working the express lane and had her service light turned off as she was finishing with her last Customer. I kindly asked if she could squeeze in one more Customer and she agreed in a positive sarcastic way. Her energy was really great, and I appreciated her not only taking me as her last Customer, but really engaging with me in a positive manner. It was really genuine. She has great Customer Service Skills and that's rare in alot of places of Business today. Thank you!
