I placed a pick-up order with special instructions for bouquet of flowers that i had bought to be given to my daughter (it was her birthday) from her little mini-me (her daughter). Lori (?) called to clarify those instructions and whoever brought the groceries to her car was perfect! I was on the phone with her and heard the exchange...thank you so much! I love this store.
