Great health store; lots of goodies in here. I always stop in for a visit when I am in Winnipeg. They have many unique items not available elsewhere and everyone is super friendly. A+++
I absolutely love this Manitoba family-owned grocery store. They have a good selection of product and they have lots of things that are local and organic. The selection changes with what seasonally available but they also have a wide range of frozen items including various game meats and fish.
