I returned some items to the Customer Care Department. I'd ordered some groceries online and they were substituted although I had specifically asked for no substitutions. I asked the young man if I could return the items. He seemed confused with the matter. He walked around for a bit, obviously contacting someone about the matter. While he was doing this, he mentioned that I would have to go to another department, that he wasn't going to be able to do it at his dept. I was beginning to feel as though I had done something wrong. Finally, a lady came up to me with a beautiful, cheerful smile and asked me what she could do for me. I explained my situation to her and she assured me that it would be no problem, that she would take care of it and that the price of the items would be refunded with no problem. I think that stores should place employees where they would be knowledgeable.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Manager went out of his way to ask if I and others were finding everything ok. He was great and helped locate organic bananas for me in the back. I then had to ask a girl at the bakery if they had anymore baguette’s and she said they were about to go into the oven. She said if I didn’t mind she could give me a frozen one I can then bake at home. This was great since I did not mind at all and I couldn’t wait about 45 mins for the new ones. This was just the other day but every time I go everybody is always extremely friendly and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING which is something that is very hard to come by these days
