I was there this morning (3/17) to get a balloon, with little expectations of actually being successful at 6:30am. I walked by customer service and asked if it was possible get a balloon, a young lady paged someone to floral. The gentleman that helped me figured out the process and because of this a little girl woke up to a '2' balloon with a smile on her face. Thank you so much!
