Had an issue with a delivery order. Reached out to online customer service, issue partially solved. A short time later received a phone call from a customer service director from the store where the order was shopped. She was reaching out to clarify the message that was received from the report. She offered me was able to resolve my issue beyond what the online representative offered. She went above & beyond to ensure I had a pleasant customer experience. Ms. E.
