One of the best Safeways ever--I've used this Safeway since it opened, over 30 years ago. I've been all over the West Coast, and Randall's in the South (the Austin stores are close seconds to East Wenatchee). In terms of helpful, friendly staff, there is none better. They keep the store clean and I prefer to shop here. The pharmacy staff is the best in town, and the deli folks have been great (heads up, First Responders, no one else comes close to the hat tips you get here). I highly recommend it. Hey, corporate peeps: this Safeway deserves a "Marketplace" upgrade, if that is still a good thing these days).
Sick place to go for some sick food (in a good way) and some sick snacks. Definitely would recommend. The atmosphere was like Mickey Mouse Club House in the middle of a desert while the sun sets behind cactuses and rolling hills, if that makes sense
