Im only giving a 5 because the Manager fixed the problem more then we thought.
We went to the deli area ordered a sandwhich and the person identifying them selves as a female (we didnt know) well attitude all the way. Didnt even know what to make it. Asked us what we wanted and his responce the whole time is "i dont know or i guess"
But long story short some rude words said after the messy empty sandwhich was done and we walked away. I turned to look back just in time to see some nasty words said to us. Well the wonderful manager helped us fixed the problem gave us the remade sandwhich from a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL guy i didnt get either of there names. But i wanna thank both you guys for the help. We love this safeway we will definitely be back i just hope that employee and his little friend get something for this it really was rude. I work food service but i never let a customer see me be rude and i always have respect no matter the customer.
#1 deli manager and the gentlman that helped us with the remade sandwhich thank you guys. Really fixed the bad mood that put us in.
