There was a (probably accidental) problem with one of the items I purchased. I called them and spoke to the manager. The solution would mean them going above and beyond. They could have easily said, “to bad” and followed policy. They got my info and called me back within 10 minutes and they’d come up with a solution that was WAY above and beyond. It’s rare to see such excellent customer service and I’ll be shopping here from now on
