Excellent butcher shop! Very skillful meat cutters. If a steak is one and a half inches thick, it is the same all over, no skinny end. Therefore, it cooks evenly. Your time, work, cost and effort produces a perfect medium rare steak, just as it should be.
Store is clean, people are nice. My favorite part of Sendik's is the non food section with towels decor and books. Nice shopping experiences. Thank you for courteous service.
